JUSTICE,  humility, balance & harmony within the cosmos,  and the search for truth and wisdom
 THOUSANDS of years before Christianity... or even Judaism arrived on the scene.

Indeed, Judaism - which was only codified as we know it today (i.e. the bible was written only )
after King Nebuchadnezer conquered Jerusalem and took as hostages the Judeo nobles, priests, scribes, and elites back to Babylon in 587 B.C.  - by comparison with ancient Egyptian culture,  Judaism Babylon, Assyria, much less Rome, Greece and Christianity are all "recent" developments...

As we outlined in our previous, life in ancient Egypt was a struggle to wrest life sustaining nourishment from a fickle and often hostile environment... a harsh, desert environment that was transformed in to a sweet, green, 1,000 mile oasis by the life-giving waters of the Nile river.
 The contest between the very human desire for eternal life, compared to the eternal struggle nature of life here & now, is the foundation theme of all religions - eternal life for humans, modeled idealistically on gods whose lives are over, far above, and far beyond mere mortal lives...
while, ironically,  all the gods of humans on earth (including the "one true god") are actually based on our lives and mental faculties;  that is we "project" ourselves on to the heavens, and see anthropomorphic - HUMAN LIKE - god(s) reflected back on us.
